Taking therapy with Komal has been an extremely comfortable experience. The great part about the sessions is that Komal takes the time and effort to understand you as an individual and guides you on the basis of that. I still remember using her techniques and words of encouragement in my weak moments. Therapy with her is not just sessions. It also has a lasting impression post it, which is what majorly helped me through my journey. I still remember her constantly reinforcing that each individual has their own timeline to heal and that I shouldn’t be influenced by others around me. She taught me the importance of being nice to oneself and made me believe in myself when I needed it the most . I can’t thank her enough for normalizing having a low day and picking yourself up the next day .. it’s a slow process..but with her it’s a comfortable and eye opening one.. Therapy with Komal di has been an eye opening experience. I have learned a lot about myself and even confronted the things I've avoided for most of my life. Her empathetic approach to working through situations makes the environment really conducive and helpful. She not only hears your experiences out, but also gives you insight from her life which also provides a certain level of comfort that someone else has also gone through what I have. Komal di has helped me in realizing that the issues may not always be with the world but within me as well. The way she asks us about the situation rather than directly telling us what the real issue is. The sessions with her are not always happy but they also get heavy as they bring into awareness a lot of information that we have tried to hide deep inside. This heaviness is also helpful as it highlights the real issue and helps us in working through that issue and also resolving the underlying ones as well. She has sparked up a lot of courage within me to continue to fight my battles and look at life more positively, but also reminded me that it is okay to be low and unable to be joyful on some days. To begin with, I must thank Komal Di for being such a wonderful guide throughout the journey. What began as an hour trial class slowly became a part of my routine, and for a simple reason- it was effective. It helps me open up about the aspects of my character which I very deliberately and consciously chose not to acknowledge or address (and for a while). This very fact grew my resistance into anger at times and grumpiness the other. But classes with her made me realize that even though certain problems are deep- rooted they are never to big not to be solved. In fact they are as common as the other problems which we choose to resolve. I have learnt that the important thing is to embrace yourself, who you are, while being okay with your flaws (at your pace, without being too hard on yourself). The facade of confidence cannot be worn for too long until we genuinely feel so. She has been kind and patient with me, helped me realize that there is no standard solution, that it is important to listen to yourself and believe in it. Time and again she has emphasized that things change, and they surely do, if we want them to.

For long time I was struggling with little issues in my life, i was stressing out about every little thing. Gradually I started having anxiety and anger issues. Then my sister suggested me to go for therapy and she recommended me Mrs. Komal’s name.
I am really great full that she recommended me her name, she has been so cooperative from the beginning of my session and I never realised that it was my therapy, rather it felt more like spending time with someone who understands you, more like a friend.
The sessions were very organic and I could see change in my behaviour after each session. Not only me but my parents and other people could see the change in me. I was able to work on myself and it was all possible because of Mrs. Komal.
